Laura retired her hands and her private practice in 2020 after a 30-year career in holistic manual physical therapy. She’s a divorced mom (two adult kids, one dog), a spoken-word poet, a 13-time Amazon bestselling author, speaker, a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a podcaster, and a dark chocolate lover.
Aside from her profound passion for poetry, her favorite things to write are blogs on business strategy, holistic healing, or the magic of manifestation—sometimes all at once. She was born in San Francisco, the daughter of a golf-loving hairstylist and a nature-loving real estate appraiser. She has a secret passion for Feng Shui after training at The School of Intention, and an intensely inspirational addition to blogging after graduating from SmartBlogger’s Freedom Machine and Certified Content Marketer programs.
